Suggested Fabrics: Lightweight knit fabric or lightweight woven fabric for the skirt portion.

- Thread and sewing machine
- hook and loop tape
- Iron (with steam option)
- Optional - Ballpoint or Stretch needle
- Optional - Twin needle
- Optional - Stabilizers for knits
