The second layer of chiffon features a rectangle block of black tube beads, and the cotton jersey layer features a vertical rectangle block of silver sequins.

The cotton jersey layer is fitted and has a decent amount of stretch without it having spandex. It hugs the body, while the chiffon and tulle layers gently drape over top.
