Best magnesium from the best supplement brand.
Thorne can do no wrong in my book. They just canβt. I take magnesium every night. Usually magnesium glycinate. However, I read that that can start to cause night sweats over overtime. So moving decent was kind of a trial to see if that stopped the issue. It did immediately. The bonus of the powder though is that I can have it in a little bit of cherry juice or a mocktail before I go to bed. The flavor is great, and I havenβt noticed any grittiness whatsoever. Thatβs sad, I drink a lot of protein drinks so itβs entirely possible. Iβm used to grittiness. Since starting to take this, Iβve been sleeping just as well as I have with the magnesium glycinate. Perhaps even a little bit better because this is higher quality and Iβm not getting the night sweats.
