Light – Most members of the Aglaonema family can adapt in just about any kind of light conditions. However, for variegated plants like the Ruay Raiwan, it's much more optimal to go for bright indirect light.
Water – These plants love moist and humid conditions, however, you should let them sit in waterlogged soil. It's much better to underwater because this plant stores a bit of it in its stem. As a golden rule, allow 2 inches of the top of the soil to dry in between watering. This will help you prevent root rot from happening.
Growth -These plants can grow up to 2ft tall.
Pot - For this plants, a simple, white ceramic pot is perfect as it puts more emphasis on its bright colored leaves.

I am biased here because I love this author.
Dr. Caputti is very detailed in her information while dispersing it in an organized and easy to follow manner. I would recommend anything she publishes as well any conferences at which she speaks to inform RN/PNs of test strategies and how professionals think through patient scenarios.
