Usually for fully double dahlias, the germination rate is around 50% to 80%. I usually have germination around 80%. I hand pick the seeds and look for firm nice seeds to send to you. The seeds are in various sizes and from various seed parents. There are 24 seeds per packet. I only ship to the United States. I do include germination and growing instructions.
